VOIhotels chooses Blastness to maximise direct sales

Blastness has been selected as the official provider for booking engine and channel manager services by VOIhotels, the hotel division of Alpitour World. This division includes a collection of 18 sun & beach resorts and hotels in major Italian and international seaside destinations, as well as a luxury collection, VRetreats, featuring 8 historic residences and palaces located in Italy and strongly targeted at international markets.

This collaboration, born from winning a tender that included participation from leading global players in the industry, marks a significant evolution in VOIhotels’ digital sales strategies by enhancing and personalising the purchasing experience.

The new custom booking engine for VOIhotels is a central element of its sales and revenue management strategies. Blastness brings to this collaboration over two decades of experience and proven technology, which in 2023 alone processed bookings exceeding €1 billion. During the summer of 2024, the direct sales volumes recorded by Blastness client properties matched the levels of Booking.com, further confirming the effectiveness and competitiveness of its offering.
