The collaboration between Blastness and the Dei Cavalieri Collection group, which includes The Square Milano hotel, is a long-standing one. As our group has continued to grow, the company has always been by our side both with the continuous support of their consultants and by constantly providing us with state-of-the-art and up-to-date revenue management systems.

How has Blastness improved your day-to-day operations?

Above all, Blastness has allowed us to optimise the costs of commercial resources. In fact, with their systems, we have simplified and sped up all services related to the direct sale of rooms through the reservations office, the website and other distribution channels.

Which strategic activity contributes most to improving your competitiveness in respect to OTAs?

PPC campaigns on Google and other channels have helped us improve competitiveness, supporting the increase in direct sales from the official website or directly to the booking office, as opposed to bookings made through OTAs.

Given the results achieved, what do you think is the greatest strength of our PPC campaigns?

One of the strengths is always being able to position our website in the best possible way and constantly being present in the first options that are proposed to the customer. Our online visibility is getting stronger and stronger and this is a great source of satisfaction for us!
